D3 on the CREB Track

Well we managed to get on the CREB track from North to South and popped together a little video....

On a fine day the CREB is enjoyable. With those clay based roads, a light drizzle turns them into something completely different. Like driving slicks on ice. We did north to south starting in mid morning, crossed the Daintree after 11pm.

Yup. Know what you mean. We had a few sloppy sections and the back wheels slide out to the side and then the HDC put us back in a straight line but it was like being on ice on some sections.

I should add I did the CREB in the Perentie, a while ago now and not in the L322. The traction aids of a D3/4 or later L322 would have helped at least a bit I'm sure.
