HELP...with Ipod

Hi Guys

My 2013 D4 wont play my Ipod anymore....Boo Hoo.

It is recognising the Ipod on my Audio screen, even naming artist and tracks, but refuses to play....it used to play everything not so long ago.......just stopped playing Ipod ,everything else is working fine..???????

All advice appreciated.

Does the iPod work on its own with headphones or is it the iPod that's locked up and stuffed?

yeah that was the obvious first check I did.....it just wont play on the LR speakers....screen recognises Ipod and songs.......Radio works fine...??????.
Though it used to play only a week or so ago....

What sort of iPod and how is it connected?

Its an Ipod Nano connected by cable ....have checked using other cables also.
Funny how it used to work only short time ago ????.

Do you have a phone or some other source to connect to the cable? Process of elimination.

Anyway the vehicle is having the door seal done on warranty next week ....will get them to cast an ear and eyes over it...
