Hi Everyone,

I'm hoping some of you might be able to help me with front and rear DBA part numbers for the 1995 110 300tdi Defender.

I'm getting conflicting data from the online and print catalogues by DBA and have read through the threads here like "Disc Brake Dismay" and I'm just so confused. My knowledge of Defenders is next to none.

I've found four part numbers but can't seem to confirm what I need. Hoping someone who has fitted them might be able to share their wisdom and cut through the fog?

A call with DBA said 086 front and 088 rear?

DBA086
DBA087
DBA088
DBA0549

Cheers,
Sam

Not sure if I can help but I ended up buying the RDA086 ones but I didn't end installing atm as the ones currently on the vehicle still in good condition so they are still sitting on the shelf in the shed. From what I found the 086 are the ones suited for my '95 Defender 110

Thanks Rob, it's been a bit tricky to figure out. It does indeed appear that 86 is the front and 87 is the rear.

If you wa t to be really sure oil one out and draw around it. The DBa site gives you full size images.

careful that your defender is stock, mine got a 'new' rear axle housing assembly off a county (originally drum back brakes) that had been converted to take what I eventually worked out were disco 1 front brakes.
