VAST TV Problem?

Does anybody here know anything about VAST TV?
We have integrated VAST TV's in our accommodation units & 1 of our guests has pressed something on the remote & the TV has gone to Radio & I am unable to get the thing back to TV.
I have tried the TV/Radio button, power down & up, Reset button but no joy.

Any suggestions?

Try a different remote, it maybe the button. Satalite decoders normal reboot, restart to the position they were in when turned off/ rebooted.

You could try removing and replacing the smartcard.

After much mucking about the answer is
Reset to Factory Default.
Obvious really.
