Chinese naval base at Djibouti, and possibly at Gwadar, western Pakistan, along with India possibly selling supersonic Russian built anti-ship missiles to Vietnam , for possible use against China in the China Sea dispute, more Chinese submarines in the Indian Ocean , Chinese presence in Sri Lanka...... tighten your seat belts, there could be turbulence ahead.
