Can anyone recommend a decent (read competent & trustworthy) place to take my 300Tdi Disco in Melbourne to get a diagnosis (and repair) on why it....
[list]1. Idles like a London bus in drive ( hunts up & down)
2. Blows smoke badly (black) on start up
3. Poor fuel consumption - only 700k's per tank
[list]
I have had an opinion the the pump needs overhauling cause it won't adjust any more but I get the feeling this was an uneducated guess.

In the NE suburbs of Melbourne if poss. (A dyno would be nice too.)

Cheers,

Robbie A.

Yea sure.,..https://www.aulro.com/afvb/ it is close by too,.. just turn out of your drive way, and then drive then to the end of the street. past a https://www.aulro.com/afvb/ few servos, then north for 10 hours
there is a place in newcastle called Triggs,, I thought they did a pretty good job with my Girl-friends new truck,.. then when it is done, Cruze out to stocko beach and hit the dunes,.. https://www.aulro.com/afvb/
