Spare Wheel Winch

Hi folks,
Just wondering where the best place to source a D3 Spare Wheel Winch is, or whether anyone has a spare lying around they'd sell. My D3 has long range tanks and the previous owner didn't include the winch.

Why would you need the winch if you cant use it ?
