'99 Disco2 globes

I have looked thru the book of words but couldnt find bulb types listed.What bulbs are used for the following.
Headlights
Clock illumination
Cigarette lighter illumination
Dash warning lights(oil pressure light)

Headlights are the normal H4 globes in whatever wattage. 55/60 I think is the norm.

Thanks,I saw some plus 50% globes a rew weeks ago,but wasnt sure which ones to grab as its not on the headlight glass or the owners book.

Ah ok. I've been running 90/100's for years now and they've been good, just not the facory spec.
