Disco3 towing a Number 5 Army trailer

I'm going to be setting up soon to tow my Number 5 Trailer.
I'm fitting a pintle hook to my towbar hitch because I'm a masochist, and love the rattling noise!!!!
I'm worried about rocks hitting the front of the trailer and bouncing back against the disco.
Is anyone else doing this, and how have you configured an anti rock cover between the car and the trailer?

Basil135 has the same. Tells me the Pintle hook is almost silent.
