Hi,
not sure where to put this, but does anyone else use the search feature on the forum? I find I get way better results from using Google search. For example, I tried to find the thread on the D4 electric brake controller discussion, but searching on here for "D4 electric trailer brake wires" does not bring up a remote match (the first item returned is "how bad can tradesmen get"), whereas Googling for the same string brings up the exact thread!
Googling is what I do...

I find google searching much more useful too, however, I limit my results to the AULRO website.
E.g. "Defender oil leak site:aulro.com"

Adding 'site:aulro.com' into the search query tells google to only return results located at that domain. Very handy.

There's a Google search box at the bottom of the page that says "Search AULRO.com only".......might save you some typing.

On the old site the search function worked, now the google search seems the way to go.

What Colin Said....

The forum software search is not particularly great.... but if you use the Google search on the bottom left of the page - you get the power of Google focused on this forum and you'll get what you are looking for most of the time.
