We have 5 vehicles, probably enough but could fit another 1 or 2 along if anybody was interested.

I would love to go, it's ages since I did that track, however the Eagles are playing on the 26th and if I miss that I think SWMBO will make herself a widow 8O 8O 8O

Silly question how rough will the track be?

Just not keen on getting the car scratched by the local vegetation that's why I have got the Suzuki for off road fun.

Never really used the Disco offroad apart from a small amount of claypan driving and the normal gravel roads up north.

Might be a possiblity so would appreciate the advice.

Hi Harry
The Lancelin tracks are well used and shouldnt be overgrown, they werent when I was last up there 15 years or so ago.
We have a revised meet time of 7.30 at Wanneroo shopping centre carpark, near the Shell servo.
We have booked accom @ Cervantes Pinnicales Cvan Park ph 96527060.There are no cabins left but there possibly are on site vans left.
PS Harry, family groups going,so your missus and kids are more than welcome(assuming you have any 8) 8) 8) )

Mainly for Harry - friends I know did the track in an F250 recently and badly scratched it due to the narrow tracks. I think the Disco should be fine though.

D3 should be ok, the track is very well used now and vegetation is set back enough from memory. I can see an F250 maybe being a little wide though but it would only have been in a few little sections.

I booked a tent site @ cervantes, they have lots of camping space by the sounds of things.
(not sure about caravans as I didn't ask)

Hey Big Bugga, dont put them off.
DirtyDawg did this on our last Harvey run,it was a bit of an eye opener, but once back on terra firma he completed the trip.
