Hi Guys,

Just after a little help. I have a cracked right side headlight. I am having trouble finding a new one online. Does anyone know where I can source a new one? 110 Defender Td5 99.

The white paint on the roof has slowly been peeling away and is getting worse. Because it has been so dry, I went and washed it the other day and the white paint was all powdery and turned the bucket of suds into a creamy white. It also left white streaks all over the nice red paint work :( Any idea what to do here? Is it as easy as sanding it all off and repainting myself?

I have a couple of factory headlights I could sell..

The roof will need to be sanded, etch primed, primed and painted...

I thought that those headlamps were just standard 7" round jobbies, used on lots of older vehicles including Nissan Pootrols. You should be able to order one through any Hella agent, or off ebay for under $100 each.

Geez.... and here I was thinking just a sand down, prime it and then a lick of white paint!
