Gday All,
After putting up with the old coolant bottle float deciding to work sometimes and not others I decided to fit the new 1. Pretty straight forward if you have watched the youtube video. Not wanting to clamp off any hose's like the video I watched did , I checked out some old irrigation bits I had lying around and the 13mm poly blank that people use on the black poly pipe from bunnings fits the top hose enough to not leak , altho not much leaks out anyway , and the 19mm blank fits the bottom hose perfect.
The hardest job I found was getting the electrical plug off the old bottle , then after a few attempts I realised it has a spring loaded clip which is on the bottom of the plug. Having big hands don't make the job any easier , but all in all it wasn't to much hassle.
Cheers Ean
