The headlight's on Tracey's X-Tech Defender have gone opaque so I was going to buy a new pair of wipac high crystal's,trouble is the parker is a separate globe.Looking on Paddocks site hey have standard 7'' lights or 7'' with pilot globe, can I safely assume that a pilot globe in English terms is the same as a parker globe in Oz?. Thanks as always. Pat

Hi,
I think the pilot globe is for vehicles without a separate parking lamp like the Defender.
Cheers

Jw speaker have 90mm high beams which is what the x tech/LE are supposed to be but also parkers. I had them, they dont plug and play. It takes some ingenuity to fit them. I just screwed two self drilling screws into the casing and slipped them in to the female holes either side of light, also cutting the surround brackets to suit. I should have put some sikaflex over the screws as after some bog holes and river crossings water got into one and it eventually died. So now I just bought some cheap LED fog lights that are 90mm and using them as my parkers. Same install but sikaflex them nice and proper and plastidip sprayed the entire back.
The Jw speakers are ridiculous at 400 per one light and the light is rubbish for a high beam. Get a 90mm light and make it strictly parker
