Problem: One headlight works fine (the right) the other only works on low beam (the left).
I have a stage one/series wiring set up with following:
(1) Sealed beam headlights
(2) original wiring from light switch to indicator (new indicator stork)
(3) Wiring from dash controls goes to new headlight relay (Traxide) in engine bay
(4) Original wiring then used from headlight relays to the headlights
Using multi meter on both headlight sockets behind the headlights I get 12.5 v between the earth socket and each of the low and high beam (Blue/White & Blue/Red) wires. So both lights getting power on high and low beam.
When I switch the sealed beam from the right (that works on high and low) to the socket on the left it only works on low beam.
When I switch the left sealed beam (only works on low beam) to the right socket it then works on high and low beam.
I never get high beam on the left. Only on the right.
Suggestions?
