I have not yet decided everything im going to be doing with the Battery set up for our new girl, but I thought it might be handy to document each step in here as I go though it, as a working thread,.

so here we go,

It is very dirty in here, probibly not the best thing

here is my acid factory, maybe this is what the police mean by cracking down on mobile drug labs,

So I rip the battery out, and the middle console to locate the 2 nuts for the fuse rail,

then I unscrewed it,

And tucked it safely out of the way, It is easy to clean with a old tooth brush, and to wd40 the fuse rail,

So here is her dirty hole

here is my head, as I use the Garden hose to simply wash the dirt away, used alittle bicarb to clean away any posible harmfull acids,

So now i have a nice Geen hole, tiny bit of scratch rust from where things have been rubbing and had mud living in there,
Mmmmm Green

when i get some time, I will be heading over to get a battery and some gear,

im lookin that way, i have my wires sorted out for it, I just have to put it in, and work out what batterys fit, and what i need for a tray
allso water profing and vents,.. I have somthing in mind for the water proofing and vents, have not worked out where and how I willbe running power about for uhf and the such, was thinking maybe a power box, so I dont have to have 100 cables comming off the batterys, dont know, but what ever happens I will take a ton of pics of it,.
