L-series Fuel injection pump

In the process of removing a L-series fuel injection pump. Took the pulley off to find 3 bolts with no heads. How do you go about taking them off?

In the process of removing a L-series fuel injection pump. Took the pulley off to find 3 bolts with no heads. How do you go about taking them off?They will be the studs that hold pump to mount. Remove nuts on pump side.
Did you lock the pump before removing pulley?
