1999 Freelander diagnostic tool, which one to get?

Hi all, I need to reset my hdc warning lights as the orange hdc light is staying on. All other lights do there test and go off except the orange one. Which is the best diagnostic tool that will work on a 1999 1.8 manual 3dr. Most I've seen are for the later Freelander 1's.
Any advice would be great.
