Gday All. A couple of years back I jumped in on the group buy & bought the BAS remap & the rallisport IC for my 2.4 puma. Fantastic product, good service and did exactly what Pete said it would do; a lot more go and better economy and no more nasty EGR.
I used the Bluetooth connection to my iPhone and it became part of the 'instrument scan' you do as you drive. I logged plenty of kms under all different conditions and loads. Also read & cleared some faults in places where the local mechanic was 'too busy to look at my car for at least a week as he had 2 other jobs in the workshop'
However, something is now amiss. The little unit powers up, lights flash and connects to my phone straight away, but it just 'scans files' continually.
I have downloaded the latest firmware and emailed back and forth w Pete; he checked & says the unit is functioning fine.
I had a state roads check done on the car the other day and his high end (albeit non LR) scan machine brought up no faults or issues.
The engine is running fine as far as I can tell.
Anyone else had this happen?
