Turbo timer failed to proceed

Turbo timer has failed to proceed.

One day it was working, next day it wasn;t.

This was NOT simultaneous with my battery woes, so must be something else.

Its an aftermarket type that has 1,3,5 minutes slectable, with an on and off button. Whatever I set it to now, bugger all happens. That is, when I turn off the ignition, the engine turns off as well.

Check for a broken connection or dirty stuck stop button/contacts.


Other than that it will probably be a fault in the electronic board/components.


So if the latter it's most likely a throw away and replace unless you can return to the manufacturer for repair.

What brand is it?

No idea at all what brand it is. Will take a closer looknext week when I have some time up my sleeve. I gotta pack the trailer for the weekend now.

Fuse?

Dry solder joints? If it's dry solder you just need half an hour or so to go over them again.
