The curious world of biodynamic wine making. I grow vegies. using no chemicals, took me a while to get sorted, to get the soil right. Bags of chook manure, plenty compost, testing the PH of the soil. Still not where I want to be, I'm moving to crop rotation, companion planting, still learning. This year I grew some great corn, took a leaf out of the American natives book, and planted beans at the base of the corn. The beans put nitrogen into the soil, just dig everything in when the crop is finished. My bees have improved pollination out of sight, all I need now is chooks. Life is a learning curve.
