Registering on REMLR

I have been trying to register on REMLR since the 28/4/17. I have sent 4 emails without a reply.

Has / Is anyone else experiencing / experienced this?

I would like to register and also have an error on their website corrected.

If someone has direct contact with them and can help, please pass on to them my dilemma.

I've had no reply to trying to register my No. 5 trailer with them. That was 6 or 8 months ago.
Don't do Facebook, though.

I can beat that, 19th December 2016, I also sent some money for some tac plate stickers.
