My partner Ken has an Isuzu Dmax that we’re selling....... coz he loves driving a Disco[emoji3]. So we decided to look for another one and in Mt Gambier we found a ripper car with the lot, muddies, lockers, winch, bull bar, UHF, and countless other goodies including long range fuel tanks.
Of course, a RWC is needed to register in Vic and there are a few things needing attention, sway bar linkages (done), wiper blades, the b pillars and the rh a pillar had cracked welds (fixed), power steering pump and engine mounts. There are a few other little things which are not RWC required, but they’ll get done too.

I’ve ordered the engine mounts, they should get here pretty soon. Just wondering if anyone knows of a tutorial for fitting them? I’ve searched the forum to no avail. As always any guidance is much appreciated

1 - Buy new mounts
2 - Remove old mounts
3 - Insert new mounts

Anything else I can be of assistance with? 😁👌

You’re most welcome. 😉

I used to write out job stories at a previous job in similar terms sometimes to **** my supervisor off. I’d spend a day repairing a generator and write the story as ‘Traveled to site, fixed genset, travelled back’. Parts $4,500. Labour 8 hours, Travel 200KM.

Used to make him burst a gasket, which made me do it more often.
