After searching sites throughout the world landy forums with no success 300tdi engine vibrations, i can finaly say i know the problem.
Its the clutch assembly not balanced :-) i was talking to a friend about it and he runs a dyno tune centre and said it would be the clutch.
he said turn it around 180 deg and it will fix the problem , so the other day i dropped the gearbox and turned my clutch assembly 120deg
because it only has 3 positioning lugs put it all back together and no more engine vibrations at 1800 to 2000 revs :-)
