Just loving it. Certainly a climate i can grow to love. Just had a feed of huge prawns and magnificent steaks with some exquisitelybaked scalloped potatos and a red cabbage salad with balsamic dressing and pistachios. On the deck. In the rainforest canopy. .. heaven mate. Congrats on the new addition to the family! See you when you get home then☺

i have a friend who lives in Bayview heights in Cairns but he got rid of his R/R. He owns a seafood seafood restaurant on the esplanade but sounds like where you had your feast was pretty impressive.

The food was prepared and cooked at my brother in laws in Kamerunga which is at the base of Barron gorge and is IN the literal rainforest. Absolutely amazing place.

Tha Fish was a great seafood experience we had last time we were here but haven't had the chance to go back yet.
