Does anyone know if this is still open. Some reports indicate it’s been closed??

This book is a pretty accurate source for tassie tracks Off-road Tasmania Guidebook (http://www.roving.com.au/) On his website he lists amendments to the current book. I've got the book, I'll have a look tonight and see if the jeep track is listed/amended

Well I got there before I’d received any replies. Wow, what a track. Didn’t have to use the winch however it was a close thing!

And there are no amendments to the book so it must be open as well [bigsmile1] One to add to the list for the next trip to Tassie.....
