Probably panicked as he missed the turn off he wanted, typical these days with GPS instructions, i see it a lot people panic when the voice tells them to do a u turn because they missed a turn off and the voice of the GPS commands them to do as it says LOL.

WTF! was this moron doing? trying to save themselves $1.50 in a single toll fee, but now upped that ante to a few hundred $'s at least, and quite a few demerit points lost .. at a minimum.
Seeing that they caught the idiot, you'd hope that they'd be throwing every book at them to get them off our roads and out of our way .. where 'our' = normal (mostly) law abiding motorists.

Not saying that I'm a model motorist, but there are some things that you just KNOW! are brainless lunacy.
Can't for the life of me imagine what series of neurons in this persons brain have completely failed for them to drive like this?

At least, the inability to reason in a mathematically financial manner, makes no sense to me.
