Airbags in 96 discovery

I dont have an airbag equiped disco anymore but I thought any of you that do maybe interested if you dont already know.

It was in my owners manual : "All airbags must be replaced after 10 years"

Now this may not be a problem but the way I looked at it was from a insurance liability piont of view.

No, its back better than ever.

We had a bit an issue when my D1 was off the road (as its a 7seater) so the wife was interested in a Honda oddessy but I suggested if we are going to get another 7 seater why not another Discovery, after all 2 4wd's is better than 1.

But I got a bit carried away with the idea and now she doesnt want to change from the Audi.

The airbag story I remembered while looking at a D2 but I dont think they are a replacement deal in the D2
