Hi everyone, after a late night on eBay I am the proud owner of a 1967 IIA wagon with the original 2.6 Rover six. It's pretty solid, but there are a few things I need to do to get it running, quite a few more to get it roadworthy, and I'm not quite decided how far I want to go on repainting etc.
First jobs are sorting out the radiator, as it's not holding water, and freshening up the ignition system and carb. Anyone know of any good radiator refurbishing places in and around Canberra?

Thanks everyone for the nice comments, I've managed to fit in a little work on the landy around work and I have it at the stage where it'll run. The distributor and points weren't looking too clever, so I've replaced it all with an electronic ignition kit and changed the coil too.

Hey mate, depending on the condition of your radiator, might be cheaper for a new replacement. I got quoted for a standard re-core from AdRad in Fyshwick $700+, or 5-row core at over $1000. Most aftermarket radiators sold these days are 3-row cores, which is fine in cooler climates, but may struggle in the hotter weather. As I understand, all Aus delivered Series' came standard with the heavier-duty 4-row core
