Hi
I gave up on Whereis. As the street i live in was not on their maps, i contacted them, they didn’t reply, i contacted them a second time and they said that “we have no record of street being there, are you sure you are talking about XXXXXXXXXXX or you have not misspelled it. I was so angry that i left it alone, and contacted them for a 3rd time, only to be told that “there is no road where you state, so i sent them a google satellite image, and a screen shot from google maps, by this time the road was there for about 4-5 years. Within the week it was on their maps.
So since then, i do not rely on their maps. Just my opinion, i know some people who are very happy with them and that’s fine. So long as the user is happy.
Have a good day.

Hi All,
Just thinking about this the other day.
How do I check what version I have and how do I go about updating my maps?
TIA
