Weird!

Every time I try to access that page, the PC tries to connect via a dial-up modem (I'm on cable broadband).

After that, retrying an AULRO page gives me a dialogue box saying it isn't available off-line, do I want to connect.

This doesn't happen on other sites.

Ron, it's a LR thing. You should know that by now.

But here is the post if you can't open it. From the Disco3.co.uk website

"Hi, I thought I would share an interesting day out with everyone here

I work for a Land Rover Export Distributer, today we were invited for a tour of one of our Shipping line's new car transporting vessels called the Hual. When you get to Southampton you suddenly see evidence of the 90%+ of Land Rovers and Jags going overseas, one of the pictures below shows two rows of D3s on top of a multi story carpark....well all 5 floors were full of D3's and other LR's, everywhere you look there were Spanking new Landy's...awesome!

The vessel was huge, to put things into perspective she can hold 3500 vehicles plus other machinery(trains, diggers etc) and in 24hrs at cruising speed she will use 67 tonnes of diesel....no sign of Greenpeace anywhere! The vessel was detined for Durban, South Africa.

All this and a crew of just 25 people....not many really!

Anyway, here are some pics....

there is nothing a site can do to your end to make it use another connection, you have gremlins in your system.

MMM I am just getting my daughters pirate eye patch, my boys pirate sword, putting an earing back in and one of the cockatiels out of the aviary, where do we meet.
Might have to pinch the Duyfken and set sail.
I'll have one of each.

LR would not be able to whinge too much as they are already pirates with what they want for the D3 and parts.

I wonder if mine's in there somewhere? - Not likely havnt ordered it yet

I read that they've all been made to order - lots of patient people aboot. I wonder how long it takes from order to delivery in Aust?

I'd go as far to bet Vlad's left nut they haven't been.

Although "Made to order" could mean they're made (mass produced, standard, on a production line) to order from a LR dealer! - sounds more like it[/i]

BIL just ordered one - about 3 months for any colour other than white apparently (Defender)
