Still plenty left for auction ????

Gday All,

What's people's view on how many more land rover will go for auction at greys ?? noticed the last few auctions there has only really been vehicles at Minto , everywhere else seems like parts or general items.

Think they got pretty poor prices in Darwin so cant see us getting many more up here.

Just wonder if people who follow it more think there will be plenty more to come.

Hard to say Ean, maybe someone on REMLR who is in the know can tell us. I was back in Townsville over Christmas and they were hardly any Landrovers in sight. Last time I was there there were still plenty parked up.

Plenty would not be the best description. We passed a 250 plus convoy going the other way mid 2016 near Cobar & the Perentie/ G Wagon mix was 50/50. A sure sign that they are getting low will be when they start offloading new spare parts & I see these are now hitting the Auctions- mostly panels, so I would say they are no longer doing body repairs, another indicator the end is near.
