Looking for a good quality unit to transfer from Sill tank to main tank.

As Rob said a Facet pump is all you need Kelvin. They are cheap and will do the job easily. I had that on my County for years and I think it's still going. Just had to remember to keep an eye on the fuel gauge and switch it off before it overflowed the main.

Solid state and come with strainer/filter.
