View Full Version : Updates this week to the D4

This week I've been really good at spending money on the D4. New RRS Lemforder LCA's, Pirelli ATR's and Llams (thanks Rich). I did contemplate about getting more aggressive tyres, however as the majority off roading we do is on sand and even then it isnt much. I have been thinking about getting a set of Compomotives, but thats something for later. The Llams is fantastic and im looking forward to testing out next time we head to Straddie. As for the LCA's, which i ordered from Advanced Factors in the UK, the were delivered to my door 6 days after ordering! Fantastic service, thats for sure.

haven't driven the car much since November as I've been away OS for business. That's booked in for late Feb.

How did you know you needed to replace the control arm bushes?

There is a road near work that is badly rippled and since Christmas everytime i drive down it, the tell-tale vibrations and knocking from the front end has been getting worse. Also, there was a slight weeping from the bushes.
