Freelander 2 old vs new MYs

I am looking at getting a Freelander 2 and tossing up between a lower spec new model (e.g. MY15 TD4) and an older HSE (e.g. MY10).

I have read about the MY11 and MY13 upgrades but are there any major changes to the reliability of the car etc? Is a MY15 still just as much of a risk for the rear diff problem?

Have there been any other noteworthy changes outside the MY11/13 upgrades?
