The DVA original decision

Bomber Command grounded from last chance for recognition (http://www.smh.com.au/nsw/bomber-command-grounded-from-last-chance-for-recognition-20180215-h0w5jo.html)

Over 44% of Bomber Command, from numerous Nations as diverse as Peru, died on active service, the highest casualty rate of any Allied service. Only surpassed by the German U-Boat command I believe.
