Ex army International 6x6 MK5/F1 air filter.

To the brains trust.
I have a mate who has asked me to track down a air filter for a old 6x6 ACCO.
The filter is a Donaldson duralife P/N P10-8979 which is a normal sort of paper cylindrical filter with plastic vanes on one end on the out side.
It appears this part number was only for the army internationals and is no longer made or can I find a cross over in another brand.
I would think the MK4s internationals 4x4 would have used the same filter too.
the question is
1/ Does anyone have new old stock ?
2/If no new filters are available, what part number filter are people using or adapting to fit.

I took my Donaldson numbers to Truckline and they cross referenced it with Fleetguard.
