Chewing out compressors

Put a kit through compressors- New piston seals, o rings and sleeve, I know I have a slow leak with offside rear lean overnight.
I suspect a non return valve is failing and compressor is running a lot...ok I have valve block issues! ...but to wear out a sleeve in two weeks is a bit premature?
Ideas?

Firstly you want to find and sort out any leaks over the whole system, using the sprayed soapy water trick on the connections.
Also have a listen when it's quiet, you might just hear air escaping somewhere.
Trying to fix the valve block while it is still leaking elsewhere is not ideal.
Sometimes the hose connections just need re seating, or the o rings in the airbags might need replacing.
It is possible a leak could be causing all your problems.

If that doesn't fix the problem, next I would double check your compressor head and make sure everything is seated ok.
The small o ring in the compressor head (under the 2 reed valves) has given out on me a couple of times causing all sorts of weird troubles.
If it is not seated correctly, or has twisted/broken, your eas will not be happy.

Failing that, the next step is probably a valve block rebuild, you can do it yourself, just don't try and rush it, you have to check everything as you go, or you'll be pulling it out again to find any faults. Get a rebuild kit before you pull it apart, the diaphragm is very delicate and will need replacing when you pull it apart.
What makes you say the sleeve is worn after 2 weeks?

You will need to fix all air leaks before fitting another compressor, the compressors are not able to keep up with leaks and will burn out easily

What makes you say the sleeve is worn after 2 weeks?Worn compressor....
Makes growling noise, severe wear in sleeve and of course no compression.
Im thinking conrod is bent somehow or the crank assembly is not sitting vertical. Bearing failing in front of compressor. Just not sure. Might have to junk this one.
