Hi All,

Incisor suggested I posted a question to you all on whether anyone other than I is having issues with the Notifications within the AULRO apple app.

Forum sections and posts that I have “pinned” for notification updates are no longer appearing in the notifications tab within the app. This started probably around 4 weeks ago now and is consistent across my iPhone and iPad.

I get the alerts on the home screen or lock screen no problem but as soon as I follow those alerts into the app I’m presented with no update in the notifications tab.
Vanished into thin air.

Hoping I’m not the only one experiencing this so it can be looked into further by the developers.

Edit - running latest IOS & AULRO app

Regards,
Andrew

I know this reply does not help...but I did not realise there was an AULRO app fr Apple. I will look into adding onto my iPad/iphone and see how it works and report back.

Hi Andrew, you are NOT ALONE. The exact same thing happens to me. (I am also on the latest iOS, latest aapp). I had not complained because I figured it was “just me”. It’s frustrating because it means that the notifications are effectively useless on an Apple device.
Cheers,
GG.

I have the same problem. It only started a few weeks ago as well. Usually I get email notifications as well so follow up that way.

Sometimes if I get a notification and click on it, I get taken to a blank page in the app.

I have been too busy of late so haven’t been on it as regularly.

Glad it's not just me then. I'll repot this back to Incisor.
P.S - Snap; in the same field...

Don't know about Apple, but email links are working on my Android going through Chrome to both the AULRO app. and Tapatalk.
