Replacement Interior Light

I'm looking for a replacement, that has the typical on/off/door switch. Must be flush mounted, unlike the genuine item that recesses into the original headlining. Preferably LED, but not essential. Anyone know of an off-the-shelf unit, or even a different vehicle that I can source fro ma wrecker?

I have the mud products interior light. Expensive but very good. Kids like the red light 'cause then they can see their blood!
