Catch can adapter for 300tdi

Can brains trust tell me if hose adapter from rocker cover breather to a hose barb is available or shall in machine up my own. I want to replace original catch can with provent.

You may have to cut the original hose and use a reducer inline. I haven't got around to fitting my catchcan yet (not a Provent).

I have not seen any being maufactured.
I tig welded an aluminium pipe fitting onto my rocker cover.
