Monte Carlo Blue?

Hey Guys,

Would anyone know what the deal is with this colour? Is it rare or just very unpopular, I can’t seem to find more info on which models it came on, base or add-on etc.

Just asking out of curiosity because it strikes me as a weird colour for LR.

Agreed, this is something Im trying to find out as well.

Being new to LR, it’s difficult to assess which used model I have bought exactly haha. But, I think Pedro’s right because my D2 has a CD Player and 7 seats but everything else is base... so either pre-ordered or someone added it in later me thinks.

Speaking of terrible colours. From 1 to Eww what’s everyone’s opinion on “PlastiDip”. IMHO, great for bumpers/trim. But a whole car?

I used to have a D2 in Monte Carlo blue when I lived over there. It wasn’t a colour that suited it IMO and I added the wheel arch trim to my basic model to break up all that blue a bit. Always got a wave off other owners in ones the same colour though as it was an exclusive club we were in!

Coincidentally I saw a D2 in this colour less than a week ago; in the Hyperdrome carpark in Tuggeranong. I remember thinking at the time that it was an unusual colour for a D2 and I don't recall ever seeing another one .. sounds like there's a few around tho'

I think,,, the only LR's with that colour are RR's,,
and even then its not BRG,,

I think LR call theirs Forest Green?
its very close though,, and just looks smick on RR;s,,,
