Rear headrest removal.

Hi,

I'm trying to remove the rear headrests from my 2011 sport. The slides are quite tarnished and need a clean up.

Is there a trick to remove them ?

Have tried holding the button and wiggling but can't pull them out.

Any hints appreciated.
