I remember when I sold my last car I said in really good condition. When the guy rang up, he said what is it like. I said "lots of people say their cars are in really good condition... but I'm telling you... this one really is" He came over, looked at it. Said it was a credit to us and bought it! 8O

post update--
due to salesman incompetance,,
now have non refundable plane fare to
melbourne on sunday,
and a repco bill,
and a car I dont (think? I ) want,
and a VERY unhappy Mrs Pedro,,, 8O

I would send the bill for your expenses to the car yard company and demand payment within 7 days, as it is they who have lied.

Ahh the law of non-disclosure and due diligence...section 65 of the trade practices act...the courts are full and the lawyers are very busy and buying expensive motors...for their spouses new black Range Rover HSE's for instance :wink:
