I said "lots of people say their cars are in really good condition... but I'm telling you... this one really is" He came over, looked at it. Said it was a credit to us and bought it! 8O

Ahh the law of non-disclosure and due diligence...section 65 of the trade practices act...the courts are full and the lawyers are very busy and buying expensive motors...for their spouses new black Range Rover HSE's for instance :wink:
