Dash Globes

Gday All,

Just wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of finding the globes that light up the trip meter on the dash. The tacho and speedo light up but the trip meter isn't illuminating.

Bloody fingers not working correctly , neither are my eyes it seems , its meant to say GLOBES....

There fixed it..

Actually Ean, does it have a globe? Does the mileage display? Kenworths have a propensity to odo failures, the numbers bit is replaceable and the info is stored in the computer so the correct distance is displayed when replaced.
VDO might be a supplier.

I have done a search , but all I can find is its a single unit and you buy it as a whole.

The Father in law can get it pulled out and I am sure there is an after market option out there somewhere.

The ODO has a little wedge. I bought new ones a few years ago and fitted. I will see if I can find the ebay receipt m8. I used LED's and they are nice and clear. Cheers

That's unbeliavable(what the dealer sais) ...google out YAW100020 cos the market is full but if you dont find locally you can replace the bulb in the holder with T5 or T10 i forgot which type exactly but you'll figure it out when you have the original in your hand

I replaced all my dash lights with led globes had no problem's dash is very clear I put green leds in my mate put res in his d2 looks ok I just prefer original look got the leds from ebay I think T5but not 100% positive hope this helps.

It seems they are T5 286
