Hi all,

Followed the guide from.Nanocom (video guide) and it will program 2 of my keys but not a third. The third has the red LED light up on the keypad on a button press. I would have thought that would be enough but perhaps I need a new battery. I will try that and report back. Perhaps it's only enough to.power the LED but not trigger the BCU. Has anyone had any key programming probs like this?

Cheers

As long as you dont get the "detected" message it means that even if the LED lights up the fob is not transmitting... it happens

would the BCU lock out more than two keys being programmed at once?
system was only designed for two,,
Remember who designed this software!![bigrolf]

Actually the system was conceived to accept 4 + 1 for suspension

I didnt say it needs just that it can take them.... maybe LR thought it can be the only vehicle of a big family [smilebigeye]

I have three keys, mine, the daughters and a spare.

Did you enter the numbers and letters from the paper tag on the key correctly?
Sometimes it is possible to mistake a 0( zero) for an o.
This is also possible with the Nanocom code, Ask me how I know.
