Can anyone help me with the location of the high beam fuse/fusible link for a 2006 D3?
I've tried reading the electrical diagrams, and they make as much sense to me as reading a novel in Hebrew!!!!!
I'm wiring up my driving lights and I thought I'd found a trigger point for the relay, but I was wrong!
Any ideas greatly appreciated - I'm trying not to have to pull the lights out and find a high beam wire in the maze of wires behind the lights.

try checking out the fuse diagram on the back of the fuse box lid, maybe use a piggyback fuse to trigger the lights.

Thank You.
Yep. Have read the manual, and checked those links.
Can find low beam and fog lights but nothing for high beam.
I thought I'd found a 40 amp fusible link but they are permanently energised, not switched.

The headlights are not fused, instead current-monitored by the bcu and switched off if excessive current.
I don't have a D3 wiring diagram but the 2010 D4 high beam at the left light is blue with slate trace and RH is blue with brown trace.

Bugger - that's not what I wanted to hear!

Try this thread. Read it through to the end for some photos of physical connection to the HB circuit. As was mentioned previously, there is no fusebfor the HB circuit.

Thanks for that. I spent a couple of hours wandering around Triumph Rover spares this morning checking out the wiring on a number of D3 wrecks with driving lights.
I now have a heap of photos on my phone of what others have done, so I'll be having a play tomorrow.
One of the joys of living 5km from TR spares!!
