Would like to share a "whooppee" moment with other SVX owners who may be as anal as I am.
Always distressed with the edges of the vinyl "wrap" . Black on black with white residual polish and accumulated dust on the edge. Those "leavings" spoil the effect and cause severe annoyance. [tonguewink]
Over time have resorted to, without risk to the paint or the vinyl, all sorts of "ye olde Concours tricks" to no real effect.
Anyway at last wash I just happened to run a finger nail along the wet soapy vinyl edge and YO! all the white muck came out/off. [thumbsupbig]
So there you go, while wet and soapy run a finger nail along the edge. All clean and no paint or vinyl damage.
For "good oil" perhaps ????
