I am updating the D4 compressor. What is the secret to releasing the exhaust line clip from its spigot?I realise the line has to be cut eventually[up by the control arm mounting] but thought it easier to make the cut after removing the compressor.Notice the wear on the fitting caused by chafing on the handbrake cable.....could have been avoided by bending the support bolted to the control arm.

Looks like no one knows how to release this type of connection,or it's a 'secret'?So I went ahead and cut the line according to Disco Mikey DISCO3.CO.UK - View topic - How To - AMK Suspension Compressor Replacement (https://www.disco3.co.uk/forum/amk-suspension-compressor-replacement-84165.html?highlight=AMK+Compressor) .Everything went ok,only lost a little 'berlud',hit head on disc back plate, the new airline on the rear looks more exposed as it is no longer covered.....conduit required?Had another look at the stubborn air line connector but no closer to releasing it....does it require a small screwdriver or pick to unlock it.....the mystery continues!
