G'day all,
I'm just after some information on the best rivet tool to get for the body work on my Series 2 88. Has anyone got any recommendations ?
I've seen:

A company in the UK sell them on Ebay.
Solid Aluminium Rivet Kit 3/16" & Snap Punch Tool for Land Rover Series 1 2 2a 3 | eBay (https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Solid-Aluminium-Rivet-Kit-3-16-Snap-Punch-Tool-for-Land-Rover-Series-1-2-2a-3/221049829625?hash=item337798b8f9:m:m_G6yDFJwgMJw-Q9QodpoOg)
Here's their website

Haven't personally used them and you'll probably need to make some rivet closing tools for some of the rivets. The tool for the tubular rivets is very, very expensive.
They supply a rivet 'set' for the round head rivets but you need one each side of the panel (unless one side is just flattened). You also have to make sure the rivet length is correct to get the head formed.
On the door panel the back of the rivet is flattened so I just held the rivet set in a vice balanced the rivet head on the set and using a large pin punch flattened the back (an assistant is needed).
